CEBOART Stucco (Venetian Plaster)
Lime based mineral coating with marble powders creating smooth
glossy surfaces.
General Features:
Highly prized glossy lime based finishing plaster for interiors with good permeability
and bacteria resistance.
Texture:
Completely glossy or velvet-satin, depending on the technique used to work the
product.
Uses:
For decoration of prestigious interior feature walls.
Substrate Preparation:
Stucco is suited to all plaster, lime and brick bases.
An oil based primer or CEBOFIX R diluted to 30-40% with water followed by a
base coat of CEBO Marmorino or CEBO Fondo is recommenced for optimum results.
This substrate must be perfectly dry, dust-free, with no humidity or salts stains.
Application Procedure & Recommendations:
1st coat: Apply a good quantity of the product to the prepared surface using
a stainless steel trowel and spread until a perfectly flat surface is obtained.
2nd coat: When dry (6-8 hours), apply the second coat with a stainless steel
trowel or blade to create the required decoration and flatten perfectly.
3rd coat: apply a small quantity of the product slightly softened by spreading
it and removing it; before it dries completely, polish the surface by repeatedly
passing over the stainless steel trowel.
